Fish Fingers Tacos
Fast finger food for hungry little tummies.
Fish Fingers 600 g
Sea Harvest Fish Fingers 400 g
Soft tacos shells
1 tomato, finely chopped
½ red onion
Cucumber, sliced into ribbons
- Oven bake the Sea Harvest Fish Fingers according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Tomato salsa: finely chop 1 tomato, ½ a red onion, and ½ a handful of parsley and mix with 3 tbsp tomato relish.
- Serve Fish Finger tacos by folding cucumber ribbons and wrapping the soft taco shell around the fish finger and cucumber, secure with a tooth pick and drizzle with tomato salsa.
