Hake Bakes with Bowtie Pasta

This playful bowtie pasta will add colour and flavour to any kiddies meal!

Ingredients

  • 360 g Sea Harvest Hake Bakes
  • 1 Yellow pepper, diced
  • 1 cup (250 ml) Cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) Fresh rocket
  • 2 cups (500 ml) Bowtie pasta, cooked
  • 1 Lemon, squeezed
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to season

Preparation & Cooking

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Place Hake Bakes in the oven and bake for 12 -14 minutes.
  3. Combine the yellow pepper, cherry tomatoes and fresh rocket.
  4. Add to cooked bowtie pasta.
  5. In a smaller bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  6. Pour over the pasta mixture and gently toss to coat all ingredients.
  7. Serve with Sea Harvest Hake Bakes.
