Fish Finger Salsa Tacos

Ingredients

  • Sea Harvest Fish Fingers 400 g
  • Soft tacos shells
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • ½ red onion
  • Fresh parsley
  • Tomato relish
  • Cucumber, sliced into ribbons

Preparation & Cooking

  1. Oven bake the Sea Harvest Fish Fingers according to the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Tomato salsa: finely chop 1 tomato, ½ a red onion, and ½ a handful of parsley and mix with 3 tbsp tomato relish.
  3. Serve Fish Finger tacos by folding cucumber ribbons and wrapping the soft taco shell around the fish finger and cucumber, secure with a tooth pick and drizzle with tomato salsa.
