Cooking Instructions

Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 200°C. Place portions on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and bake for 15 – 20 minutes. Fish should flake easily when cooked and the crumb should become crisp and golden brown in colour.
Air Fry: Evenly space portions in the basket. Bake at 180°C for 10 – 12 minutes. Fish should flake easily when cooked and the crumb should become crisp and golden brown in colour.
Pan Fry: Heat a little oil in a frying pan, over medium heat. Fry portions for 4 – 5 minutes on each side, turning once. Remove from pan and drain on paper towel or serviette before serving. Fish should flake easily when cooked and the crumb should become crisp and golden brown in colour.
