Cooking Instructions

Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 200 °C. Place portions on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. The crumb should become crisp and golden brown in colour once cooked.
Air Fry: Evenly space portions in the basket. Bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes. The crumb should become crisp and golden brown in colour once cooked.
Pan Fry: Heat a little oil in the frying pan, over medium heat. Place portions in pan and fry portions for 4-5 minutes on each side, turning once. Remove from pan and drain on paper towel or serviette before serving. The crumb should become crisp and golden brown in colour once cooked.
