Cooking Instructions

Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 190°C. Place portions on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. Allow 1 minute standing time before serving. Crumb should be golden-brown and crisp and fish should be fully cooked.
Air Fry: Evenly space the portions in the frying basket. Cook at 180°C for 18-20 minutes. Allow 1 minute standing time before serving. Crumb should be golden-brown and crisp, and fish should be fully cooked.
