Fish Burgers

A great meal that can be eaten at lunch or dinner. Golden Sea Harvest Fishcakes in toasted pita bread.

Fish Burgers 450g

Sea Harvest New Traditional Fish Burger made with an authentic home-made style recipe are lightly flavoured with expertly blended seasoning and coated in golden brown toasted crumbs for a delicious fresh flavour.

Total Time: 35 minutes
Oven Temperature: 180°C

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 x Sea Harvest Fishcakes
  • 2 mini pita breads, toasted
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 2 tbsps hummus
  • 1 lemon wedge

METHOD:

  1. Prepare the fishcakes until crisp and brown.
  2. Saute the carrots and peppers in a little olive oil until just tender and sweet.
  3. Serve with toasted pita breads.
  4. Split the pita and dollop on a tbsp of hummus.
  5. Place a fishcake ontop and pile up with the peppers and carrots. 
  6. Skewer with a toothpick or stick and serve with fresh coriander on the side.
