INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Sea Harvest Fresh From the Sea Kipper Fillets
  • 1 Medium Ciabatta or any Italian Bread
  • 2 Eggs, hard boiled
  • 100 g Mixed lettuce leaves of your choice
  • 1 Sliced tomato
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

METHOD:

  1. Poach or grill Kippers according to the instructions.
  2. Boil eggs until hard boiled, 7 minutes.
  3. Slice the bread and butter lightly.
  4. Prepare the salad.
  5. Once the Kippers are cooked, place the bread on a plate, layer with the salad, Kipper Fillets and arrange.
  6. Slice the hard boiled eggs, and arrange on top.
  7. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve as a brunch alternative to the usual cooked Sunday breakfast.
