INGREDIENTS:

  • 400 g Sea Harvest Hake fillets
  • 30 ml Olive oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2.5 ml Ground cumin
  • 2.5 ml Paprika
  • a pinch of cayenne pepper
  • a bunch of coriander, finely chopped
  • 30 ml Water

 

METHOD:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and spread in an even layer over the fish fillets.
  2. Cook the fish with the marinade in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Ensure that the fish is fully cooked and flakes easily.
  4. Serve hot or cold with lemon juice and a couscous salad.
