Kingklip fillets marinated in a spicy Cajun Rub. Cajun flavour originates form the South of America and is spicy rather than hot.

INGREDIENTS:
- 400 g Sea Harvest Hake fillets
- 30 ml Olive oil
- 2 Garlic cloves, crushed
- 2.5 ml Ground cumin
- 2.5 ml Paprika
- a pinch of cayenne pepper
- a bunch of coriander, finely chopped
- 30 ml Water
METHOD:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and spread in an even layer over the fish fillets.
- Cook the fish with the marinade in a large frying pan over medium heat.
- Ensure that the fish is fully cooked and flakes easily.
- Serve hot or cold with lemon juice and a couscous salad.
