INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 portions of Sea Harvest Simply Steam - Roasted Garlic & Black Pepper
  • 1 red pepper, finely sliced
  • 1 green pepper, finely sliced
  • 200g Mange touts, finely sliced
  • 8 green onions, sliced and refreshed in iced water
  • 250g Soba or egg noodles
  • DRESSING
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) mirin
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) castor sugar

METHOD:

  1. Cook the noodles as per the instructions on the packaging.
  2. In the meantime, place the portions of Simply Steam on a microwave-safe plate. Ensure that the seal faces upwards and the seasoning is on top. Cook for suggested times (refer to pack) and allow to stand for 1 minute after cooking before carefully removing from the pouch.
  3. Whisk the dressing ingredients together.
  4. Toss the noodles, vegetables and fish together and serve immediately.
