Hake Bakes – Classic 360 g
Ingredients
- 360 g Sea Harvest Hake Bakes
- 1 Yellow pepper, diced
- 1 cup (250 ml) Cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) Fresh rocket
- 2 cups (500 ml) Bowtie pasta, cooked
- 1 Lemon, squeezed
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) Olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to season
Method
Preheat oven to 200°C. Place Hake Bakes in the oven and bake for 12 -14 minutes. Combine the yellow pepper, cherry tomatoes and fresh rocket. Add to cooked bowtie pasta. In a smaller bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Pour over the pasta mixture and gently toss to coat all ingredients. Serve with Sea Harvest Hake Bakes.
