Hake Bakes with Bowtie Pasta

Serves 6 kids

This playful bowtie pasta will add colour and flavour to any kiddies meal!

Hake Bakes – Classic 360 g

Ingredients

  • 360 g Sea Harvest Hake Bakes
  • 1 Yellow pepper, diced
  • 1 cup (250 ml) Cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) Fresh rocket
  • 2 cups (500 ml) Bowtie pasta, cooked
  • 1 Lemon, squeezed
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to season

Method

Preheat oven to 200°C. Place Hake Bakes in the oven and bake for 12 -14 minutes. Combine the yellow pepper, cherry tomatoes and fresh rocket. Add to cooked bowtie pasta. In a smaller bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Pour over the pasta mixture and gently toss to coat all ingredients. Serve with Sea Harvest Hake Bakes.
