Sea Harvest Kingklip Fillet Cuts are individually pouched. Add a spicy rub and oven bake or cut into chunks and add to a casserole for a filling family meal.

Oven Bake
Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Place the fillets in a well-buttered
venproof dish. Drizzle with oil or melted butter. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake further for 10 minutes uncovered.
Pan Fry
Coat fillets in flour (optional). Heat a little oil in a medium pan on moderate heat. Fry for 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked. Drain on absorbent paper.
Microwave
Place Fillets in a microwaveable dish. Drizzle with oil or melted butter. Cover with lid or cling film and pierce. Place 2 portions in a 1 000 watt microwave oven and cook on medium high (80% power) for 6 - 8 minutes or until cooked through.
