Oven Bake
Preheat oven to temperature as indicated below. Place fish (skin side down) in a well-buttered oven proof dish. Brush with melted butter. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for a further 10 minutes.
Pan Fry
Heat a little oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Drizzle fillets with freshly squeezed lemon juice, coat in seasoned flour. Place fillets in pan and fry for 3 minutes on each side and repeat, until golden brown in colour.
Grill
Set grill to medium high. Place fillets on lightly buttered tray and season to taste with salt, freshly ground black pepper and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Place tray in centre of the oven under the grill. Grill for ± 10 - 15 minutes.
Microwave
Place fish fillets in a microwaveable dish. Drizzle fillets with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Cover with lid or cling film and pierce. Place 2 portions in 1000 watt microwave and cook on medium high (80% power) for 7 - 8 minutes or until cooked through.
