Hake Medallions 450g
Sea Harvest Hake Medallions are individually pouched. Simply coat in seasoned flour and pan fry or cut into chunks and stir fry with seasonal vegetables and a sauce. Serve with fragrant rice or with al dente pasta.

Oven Bake
Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Place the Medallions in a well-buttered ovenproof dish. Drizzle with oil or melted butter. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 15 -20 minutes, until cooked.
Pan Fry
Coat medallions in flour. Heat a little oil in a medium sized pan on moderate heat. Fry for 3 - 4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked. Drain on absorbent paper.
Microwave
Place fillets in a microwaveable dish. Drizzle with oil or melted butter. Cover with lid or cling film and pierce. Place 2 portions in a 1000 watt microwave oven and cook on medium high (70% power) for 5 – 6 minutes.
