Hake Fillets Chunky 500g
Sea Harvest Chunky Hake Fillets are individually pouched. Add a creamy sauce and oven bake for a succulent and flavoursome meal.

Oven Bake
Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Place the fillets in a well-buttered ovenproof dish. Drizzle with oil or melted butter. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20 -25 minutes, until cooked.
Pan Fry
Coat fillets in flour (optional). Heat a little oil in a medium sized pan on moderate heat. Fry for 4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked. Drain on absorbent paper.
Grill
Set grill to medium high. Place the fillets on a lightly buttered tray. Drizzle with oil or melted butter and place in the centre of the oven under the grill. Grill for 5 – 6 minutes on each side.
Microwave
Place fillets in a microwaveable dish. Drizzle with oil or melted butter. Cover with lid or cling film and pierce. Place 2 portions in a 1000 watt microwave oven. Cook on medium high (70%) for 5 - 6 minutes or until cooked.
