Cooking Guidelines    

COOK FROM FROZEN: AS OVEN TEMPERATURES VARY, TIMES ARE A GUIDE ONLY.    


Oven Bake    
Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Space fish fingers evenly on a baking tray. Place tray in the centre of the oven. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes in a thermofan oven and 20 - 25 minutes in a conventional oven. Coating should be golden and crisp once cooked.


Pan Fry    
Heat a little oil in a medium-sized frying pan, over moderately high heat. Fry fish fingers for ± 3 minutes on each side, turning once. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towel or serviette before serving. Coating should be golden and crisp once cooked.
