Cooking Guidelines

COOK FROM FROZEN: AS OVEN TEMPERATURES VARY, TIMES ARE A GUIDE ONLY.


Oven Bake    
Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Place fish on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes in a thermofan oven or 15 - 20 minutes in a conventional oven. Fish should flake easily when cooked and coating should become light golden & crisp.


Deep Fry
Preheat oil to 180ºC. Fry fish for ± 4 minutes. Drain on paper towel or serviette before serving
