Oven Bake
Preheat the oven to 220ºC. Place fish on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and bake for 15 - 20 minutes in a thermofan oven or 20 - 25 minutes in a conventional oven. Fish should flake easily when cooked and coating should become light golden and crisp.
Pan Fry
Heat a little oil in a medium sized frying pan, over medium heat. Fry fish for ± 4 minutes on each side, turning once. Drain on paper towel or serviette before serving.
Deep Fry
Preheat oil to 180°C. Fry fish for ± 5 minutes. Drain on paper towel or serviette before serving.
