Oven Bake
Preheat the oven to 220ºC. Place portions on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and bake for 15 minutes in a thermo fan oven or 20 minutes in a conventional oven. Fish should flake easily when cooked and crumb should become golden and crisp.
Pan Fry
Heat a little oil in a medium sized frying pan, over medium-high heat. Fry portions for ± 4- 5 minutes on each side, turning once. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towel or serviette before serving. Fish should flake easily when cooked and crumb should become golden & crisp.
