Cooking Guidelines

COOK FROM FROZEN: AS OVEN TEMPERATURES VARY, TIMES ARE A GUIDE ONLY.    


Oven Bake
Preheat oven to 220ºC. Place portions on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and bake for 20 minutes in a thermofan oven or 25 minutes in a conventional oven. Fish should flake easily when cooked and the crumbs should be golden and crisp.


Pan Fry
Heat a little oil in a medium-sized pan, over medium-high heat. Fry portions for ± 4-5 minutes on each side, turning once. Remove from pan and drain on paper towel or serviette before serving. Fish should flake easily when cooked and crumb should become golden and crisp.
