Kipper Fillets 200g

Sea Harvest Kipper fillets are individually pouched for your convenience. Suitable for grilling with butter for a traditional breakfast treat.

Cooking Guidelines 

COOK FROM FROZEN: AS OVEN TEMPERATURES VARY, TIMES ARE A GUIDE ONLY.


Pan Fry
Heat a little butter (± 1 – 2 Tbsp) in a medium sized frying pan. Add the Kipper Fillets and fry for ± 4 – 5 minutes on each side.


Grill
Preheat grill on highest setting. Place Kipper Fillets on a baking rack in centre of the oven. Baste with melted butter and grill for ± 5 - 6 minutes on each side.


Microwave
Remove Kipper Fillets from packaging. Place Kipper Fillets on a large microwaveable plate. Cover with plastic wrap, pierce a few holes. Place fillets in a 1 000 watt microwave oven on medium high (60% power) for 6 minutes, or until cooked through.
