Sea Harvest Haddock Fillets Petite, are individually pouched smoked Hake fillets. Ideal for poaching and steaming and served as a light lunch or breakfast.

Oven Bake
Place Haddock Fillets in oven proof dish. Top each fillet with knob of butter. Cover fish and foil and bake at 200ºC for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for a further 5 minutes.
Pan Fry
Melt butter in a frying pan. Add Petite Haddock fillets to pan. Pan fry on medium heat for 10 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Microwave
Place Petite Haddock Fillets in a microwaveable dish. Cover with cling film and pierce. Place 2 portions in a 1 000 watt microwave oven. Cook on medium high (80% power) for 7 - 8 minutes or until cooked through.
Poach in Milk
Bring pan of 1½ glasses of milk to boil. Add fillets and reduce heat to a simmer. Allow to simmer for 10 - 12 minutes until fish is cooked through and flakes easily with fork.
