Cooking Guidelines

Poached in Milk
Place Prime Haddock Steaks in pan with 11/2 cups of milk. Simmer for 15 minutes on medium heat or until cooked through.
Oven Bake
Place Prime Haddock Steaks in oven proof dish. Top each steak with a knob of butter. Cover fish with foil and bake at 200°C for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for a further 5 minutes.
Pan Fry
Melt butter in frying pan. Add Prime Haddock Steaks to pan. Pan fry on medium heat for 10 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Microwave
Place Prime Haddock Steaks in a microwaveable dish. Cover with cling film and pierce. Place 2 portions in a 1 000 watt microwave oven. Cook on medium high (80 % power) for 7 - 8 minutes or until cooked through.
