Oven Bake
Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Place the steaks in a well-buttered ovenproof dish. Drizzle with olive oil or melted butter. Place in the oven and bake for 20 - 25 minutes, until cooked through.
Pan Fry
Coat steaks in flour. Heat a little oil in a medium size pan on moderate heat. Fry for 3 minutes on each side until golden and cooked. Drain on absorbent paper.
Microwave
Place the steaks in a microwaveable dish. Drizzle with oil or melted butter. Cover with lid or cling film and pierce. Place 2 portions in a 1000 watt microwave oven and cook on medium high (80% power) for 7 – 8 minutes.
