Sea Harvest produces a wide variety of hake products including frozen fillets, fresh hake and coated portions distributed under the Sea Harvest brand.

The company imports a range of products from well established and reputable suppliers. Suppliers are visited regularly to ensure that their processing facilities and products comply with South African regulations and Sea Harvest’s quality standards. Imported products include salmon, squid, mussels and prawns.

These products are marketed to the catering and hospitality industry as well as various government and corporate institutions.
