Sea Harvest's manufacturing divisions (its fishing fleet and processing operations) are supported by the company's Quality Assurance (QA) department. QA focuses intensively on product quality and food safety standards throughout all of the company's operational activities. All vessels and plants operate according to the HACCP (Hazardous and Critical Control Points) system which focuses on food safety and the company's Quality Management System is verified independently by the South African NRCS (National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications (formerly the South African Bureau of Standards).

Quality Procedure when you contact us
When you complete and send the form below, all the information is sent to our customer services specialists. The information is analysed and logged into a database. All compliments, complaints, comments and suggestions are then sent to our Group Quality Assurance Manager who relays the information to the relevant departments.
All concerns are investigated to ascertain their cause. Measures are then implemented in the factory, supply chain and retailer to ensure that the problem is not repeated.
In terms of customers who have a complaint, our customer services specialist will then write to the person who raised the concern explaining the cause of the problem and including a Sea Harvest gift voucher in compensation for the inconvenience caused.
